Requests Overview
Description:
The Requests module provides a centralized workflow for managing all your brand applications and licensing requests. It’s designed for licensees to submit, monitor, and organize requests sent to different brand owners (licensors). The dashboard lets you quickly see request statuses (e.g., Pending, Approved), search by company or brand, and take bulk actions on selected items, all from a clean and intuitive interface.
Accept or Delete Requests
Description:
Accept Requests: When you receive a licensing or brand collaboration request, you can review the proposal and accept it if it fits your business needs. Accepting a request moves it forward in the workflow, notifying both parties and tracking it as a confirmed partnership or approved application in the Requests system.
Delete Requests: If a request is no longer relevant or was submitted in error, you can select it and click the delete icon to remove it from your records. This helps you maintain a clutter-free dashboard and focus only on active, valuable opportunities.
Bulk selection tools and in-row icons let you perform actions for individual or multiple requests in just a few clicks.
For efficient licensing management, regularly review new requests, promptly take action on relevant proposals, and clean up outdated or irrelevant requests as needed.
