Welcome to Dolicense Technical Support! Whether you're facing account issues, experiencing unexpected bugs, or have ideas to improve the platform, this guide will help you resolve problems efficiently and get personalized help when needed.


What You Will Need

  • Reset or change your username, email, and password with the security settings in your account profile.
  • Passwords created for Dolicense must be a minimum of 8 characters and include a minimum of one uppercase character, a minimum of one lowercase character, and a minimum of one number or special character.
  • Separate SSO providers used with Dolicense can enforce their own password policies, including length, complexity, age, and history.

Bug Reporting

  • Use built-in reporting tools or our public bug report form for any technical issue.
  • Please provide detailed steps to reproduce, screenshots, and browser/OS details for faster diagnosis.
  • For best results, record your screen or generate a HAR file (web traffic log) while the issue occurs.

Feature Requests & Feedback

  • Share feedback or suggest new features via the public Canny board.
  • Track the official Dolicense Roadmap to see upcoming features and improvements.
  • Feedback is valued, your feedback help us to serve you better.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Having trouble with automation or slow load times? Check for Dolicense notification banners with speed updates.
  • If you aren’t receiving notifications, visit notification settings and troubleshooting guides.
  • Try a hard refresh of your browser (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R) and clear cache/cookies if pages aren't updating correctly.
